So I've got my big cat, stock filled, grt trigger placed, and now I'm getting to shooting stuff. Right now I have my scope zeroed in to about 15 meters, that's pretty much all the space I have at the moment. I haven't tried shooting from a steady posture, but from a shaky standing position, I get a 10 pellet group within 1.5-2 inches with an 8.4gr pellet. My question is, once I get some room to really shoot at a distance, I plan to try hitting targets at distances of 100 yards +. With an 8.4 gr pellet (the diablo exacts...jsb i think it was), what is the drop off if I have my scope zeroed in at 100 yards? Like, if something is 135 yards out, how much lower will the poi be from the center of the reticle?
oh yeah, I don't have a chronograph, and don't plan to anytime soon, so I can't measure the fps of the big cat, I'm just assuming it's shooting as well as it should for a brand new gamo big cat that has been shot 200 times.
