It still stands tall and proud,,, I can see its reflection off the lake as I type this. My little Chapel has heard many prayers within those 4 little walls in the last year,,, many for my GTA Family in time of need. Names like Ed,Gene,Mr.Bob,Joe,s Mom just to name a few. It is a majical place. Well,,,, Im back out here workin again!! Charlotte,,(the nice lady in the pic. next to me),, has once again "adopted" me & put my butt to work on some long over due projects. Too many projects to list. The new dock is nearing completion. The next project (lumber already bought today) is an arched clear span 40 foot bridge to the island next to the Chapel. Wait till Ya see this one Folks!! (It,s gonna be the second best thing I have ever built!!). Promise. In the mean time,,, the wife & I are staying out here on the "Farm",,, 40 acres of HEAVEN!! Just a "Lil Ole" 2500 sq. ft. farm house,,,,(Right out of Southern Living Magazine!!) No where near our first stay here, & probly not our last!! LOL!! Since I built the Chapel,,,,all from LOGS cut on my portable sawmill,,,Charlottes daughter married my friend David,,("Ping") They have built a house out here on the farm. ( I milled the siding for thier house) "Ping" is a carpenter also (among MANY other things). "Ping",, was so impressed with my Wood Mizer sawmill,, he talked the company into donating one for the construction of the Tall Ship,, "Spirit Of Charleston"!!! Ping over saw much of the construction of that ship & personally milled a good portion of the lumber involved with the construction. Not a bad partner I gots ehhhh??? Anyway,,,Im ramblin,,,long posts like this remind me of my Buddy Harry! He He!! In the WORST of times Folks,,, I shure fell into A GREAT thing. Pretty Obvious God Must Love Me For Some Reason?? Tim.
